I've spent 20+ years working inside growing companies — not just advising them. As a fractional VP Marketing, I've sat in the leadership seat, managed teams, owned budgets, and been accountable for the number.

That experience spans 20+ engagements across industrial, healthcare, SaaS, AI, construction and services — including four 3x–10x scale-ups where I built the positioning, the GTM, and the marketing operation that drove the growth. Repositioned an AI startup that was selling to the wrong audience — and watched traction follow. Built a physician referral engine from scratch. Launched products from idea to market.

What connects all of it: I start with the strategic work — market analysis, positioning, messaging, GTM planning — because when that foundation is solid, everything downstream gets easier.
